Cargoplot in Amsterdam seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You will reach out to potential customers, spark conversations, and turn interest into opportunities while collaborating with marketing and account executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business/communication or similar.
• Experience with SaaS, logistics, or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and start conversations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads in the German market
• Be the first point of contact for potential customers (calls, LinkedIn, email)
• Book meetings and create opportunities for Account Executives
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies
• Keep CRM up to date with all relevant information
