Westfalia Fruit in Poeldijk, Netherlands, seeks a Retail Sales Manager to drive avocado and mango sales across wholesale and select retail accounts throughout Europe. • Proven experience in fresh produce sales, ideally within avocados or similar perishable products.
• Strong understanding of the wholesale trade market in Europe.
• Fluent Dutch and English capabilities are essential.
• Demonstrable skills in business development, sales strategy, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strategic mindset and solutions-focused approach.

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for avocados and mangoes — aligned with company growth goals.
• Use data-driven insights to spot risks, uncover opportunities, and boost sales performance.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts to support strategic planning and product development initiatives.
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail clients to drive repeat business.
• Act as a reliable problem-solver, ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
