Job summary

TFC Holland Bv in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Fruit & Vegetables to independently manage and develop key accounts and drive commercial projects across the fruit and vegetable market.

You will navigate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, lead negotiations on prices, quantities, and contracts, and guide junior sales colleagues when required. You will thrive in an international, fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the fruit and vegetable sector.
• A degree or comparable qualification.
• Strong negotiation skills with commercial responsibility.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and develop key accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations on prices, quantities, and contracts.
• Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and quality management.
• Coach junior sales colleagues if required.
• Responsible for sales, margin, and customer satisfaction.
