Job summary

Fruitful Ventures is seeking an Account Manager Trade to be the commercial link between our international customers and our fresh products. You will ensure grapes, citrus fruits, and stone fruits reach the right markets through end-to-end oversight from deal to delivery, with a people-oriented, family culture.

You will build relationships across Europe, spot market trends, and shape sales strategies. You will work with purchasing, logistics, sales, and quality teams, and represent the company at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a commercial field is required.
• Experience in a commercial role, preferably in fresh produce.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer relationships across Europe.
• Identify market trends and respond to them.
• Develop sharp sales strategies that drive growth.
