Job summary

Roveg Fruit BV is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our retail business across Europe. You will manage key retail accounts, build strong customer relationships, and develop commercial programs to drive growth in the fruit and vegetable sector.

You will analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and quality. A proactive, results-driven mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and achieve sales and margin targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with retailers and other partners.
• Develop and coordinate commercial programs with customers.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and customer developments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product availability, quality and packaging.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure execution of customer programs.
• Monitor budgets and support achievement of commercial objectives.
