Job summary

Fokker is seeking a Program Manager to lead aviation service programs from ideation to delivery. You will balance service levels with capital needs while coordinating with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure successful program outcomes.

The role requires a background in aerospace or supply chain engineering, 4+ years of program management experience, and strong analytical and communication skills in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Supply Chain Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in the discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in managing programs or key accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity with advanced analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• IPMA certification preferred.
• Lean and Six Sigma (Green Belt) preferred.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead service programs end-to-end for assigned product/market combination.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Operational Leaders to manage one or more service programs.
• Oversee ideation, chartering, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Work with Sales to generate proposals supported by operational capability.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and Engineering Services to manage obsolescence and reliability issues.
• Optimize inventory requirements and divest excess inventory with Fulfillment.
• Make/Buy decisions on insourcing vs outsourcing and repair vs replace.
