Job summary

Fokker Services Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Woensdrecht to lead high-value, complex EPIC aircraft programs. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and drive all phases from proposal through to formal project close-out, ensuring alignment with contract scope, budget and schedule.

You will report to the BU Director CES and collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver on-time, within budget and to the required quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large EPIC projects in a technical or aerospace environment.
• Strong background in contract and change management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of large, complex projects from proposal to close-out.
• Lead a multidisciplinary Project Management Team and align technical, commercial and operational interests.
• Develop and implement PMP and PSP; manage scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders; drive risk management.
• Ensure formal change management and structured project close-out activities.
