Job summary

Fokker Services Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end management of high-value aircraft programs within the CES department. You will guide projects through all EPIC lifecycle stages, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery within scope, budget and schedule.

The role requires a strong background in contract and change management, strategic oversight with hands-on execution, and fluency in English and Dutch (B2). IPMA Level B or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace, mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large EPIC projects in a technical or aerospace environment.
• Strong background in contract and change management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• IPMA Level B certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of large, complex aircraft projects within the CES – Completion and Engineering Services department.
• Manage projects through all EPIC lifecycle phases: Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning and Certification.
• Represent contract owners, Customer and BU Director CES in steering and governance meetings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery on scope, cost, time and quality.
