Job summary

Fokker Services Group is seeking a Project Engineer to provide technical and engineering support for complex aircraft projects within the CES Completion and Engineering Services department. You will lead engineering activities across EPIC lifecycle and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while coordinating with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams.

You will work with a team of ~10 professionals and collaborate with Procurement, Operations and Production to deliver on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in EPIC project environments.
• Knowledge of contract and change management.
• Project management capability at IPMA Level C.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate technical teams.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering Scope of Work (SoW) and ensure execution within cost, schedule and quality.
• Establish and maintain the Engineering Plan and PSPs in cooperation with Production and Procurement.
• Identify, manage and mitigate technical risks from proposal to delivery.
• Guide change management for out-of-scope work and align with client contracts.
• Monitor certification progress with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive lessons-learned and structured project close-out processes.
