How You Keep The Engine Running With Us
The Program Management team, led by the Head of Programs, consists of multiple Program Managers responsible for Fokker, Dash 8, CRJ, and Boeing 737NG Programs, as well as individual Repair Management Programs. The team is part of the Component Services Business Unit and works closely with the Sales & Procurement teams. The Head of Programs is your manager and coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Charter, initiate, and execute continuous improvement plans and actions for your program(s).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure the program meets customer requirements.
- Manage internal communication and collaboration to ensure clarity, agreement, and efficiency.
- Drive best practice management processes throughout the program and promote the consistent use of appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Manage internal and external operational program review meetings.
- Ensure program administration provides an accurate reflection of the program's status.
- Manage ongoing program coordination, risk dependencies, issue resolution, and escalations.
How You Are Valuable To Us
- A Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Supply Chain Engineering; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in the appropriate discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in managing programs or key accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with advanced analytics practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Proven track record in Project Management (IPMA certified preferred).
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma (certified Green Belt preferred).
- Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
