Job summary

Fokker Services Group in Woensdrecht is seeking an Airframe Services Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations and management. You will drive profitability for Airframe Services, align with customer needs, and shape future programs for Boeing, Airbus and new platforms.

The role emphasizes market intelligence, project progress analysis, and effective collaboration with the Business Line Director to plan investments and long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Supply Chain Engineering; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in the appropriate discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in managing programs or key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals (Bid No Bid) and contract support.
• Contract Deployment (Contract Kick-Off, Risk and Opportunities, Lessons Learned).
• Charter, initiate, and execute continuous improvement plans and actions for your program(s).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers (and reps) to ensure the program meets customer requirements.
• Develop future proof (new) programs or business to drive the Strategic objectives.
• Manage internal communication and collaboration to ensure clarity, agreement, and efficiency to improve operational excellence.
• Manage ongoing program coordination, risk dependencies, issue resolution, and escalations.
