Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a FACE Officer to manage customer quotes and operational coordination for aircraft engines. You will work with branches, AOG desks, and the global network to ensure accurate documentation, prompt shipment solutions, and high-quality customer service.

The role emphasizes quotes management, SOP adherence, and margin tracking while coordinating with internal teams on IT updates and process improvements, reporting to the FACE Manager in CDG.

Qualifications

• Business English required (read, written, spoken).
• Aerospace logistics knowledge including aircraft engines handling and regs.
• Familiarity with rate building and quoting tools.
• Experience with quoting, pricing, and shipment documentation.
• Mastery of international air transport regulations (Incoterms/Customs Rules).
• Knowledge of computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer and handle engine quote requests.
• Provide accurate multiple shipping solutions promptly.
• Negotiate with suppliers (airlines & truck) and internal network for best rates.
• Represent the client to carriers and the FedEx Logistics network.
• Inform the customer in real-time and provide excellent service.
• Track margins and monitor sales performance.
• Adhere to SOPs and compliance rules.
• Monitor engine files in FAST and update operations per KPIs.
• Support issue resolution and IT updates (engine catalog, airlines database).
