Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Commercial Air Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial air network operations. You will monitor network performance, analyze data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of shipments across the air network.

You will coordinate and review operational processes, identify exceptions or variances, and investigate issues that may impact performance.

Qualifications

• You bring experience in airline operations, network planning, transportation, logistics, or a related operational environment, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial air network operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant movement of shipments across the air network.
• Monitor network performance, analyze operational data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service reliability and meet FedEx commitments.
• Coordinate and review operational processes, identify exceptions or variances, and investigate issues that may impact network performance.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and design/process improvements across functions.
• Produce and analyze operational reports and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
