Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a FACE Officer to manage customer quotes and coordinate operations around aircraft engines. You will handle quote requests, provide shipping options, negotiate with carriers, and ensure documentation and timelines are met.

The role requires collaboration with global product teams, branches, and service providers to maintain compliance and high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Answer & handle customer engine quote requests.
• Provide accurate multiple shipping solutions promptly.
• Negotiate with suppliers and internal network for best rates.
• Represent the client to carriers and FXL network.
• Inform the customer in real-time.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Track & identify trends & opportunities.
• Monitor sales margins.
• Strict compliance of Aero-Lift rules.
• Update operational instructions for hand-over to branches.
• Adhere to client-specific SOPs.
• Work closely with FXL branches on each engine file.
• Monitor engine files in FAST according to KPIs.
• Ensure green-light process with engine checklist and photos.
• Control admin documents related to transport.
• Support issue resolution and dispute cases.
• Inform Global Product Manager of IT updates (e.g., engine catalog).
