• Ensure timely completion of tasks with proper documentation.
• Share knowledge and best practices to enhance automation objectives.
• Support deployment of GCX solutions for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue automation opportunities.
• Monitor process performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
