Job summary

Boston Scientific in Kerkrade is seeking a Service Support Specialist to coordinate and support capital equipment installations across the EMEA region. You will work with service, sales, marketing, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure smooth launches and upgrades.

Qualifications

• MBO level qualification with a technical or logistics focus.
• Experience in a technical, logistics, sales, or customer-oriented environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Managing standardized installation and service programs for new product launches, upgrades, and evaluations.
• Supporting the preparation and execution of medical equipment installations.
• Acting as the main point of contact for standard installations and upgrades within the service organization.
• Managing demonstration equipment pools for congresses, training sessions, and events.
• Creating, managing, and closing service cases in the global service management system.
• Maintaining and monitoring install base data.
• Creating or releasing orders for installations and upgrades.
• Coordinating and monitoring logistics processes related to equipment and parts.
• Ensuring accurate administrative processing of service activities.
