Job summary

Boston Scientific in Kerkrade is seeking a remote technical support specialist to assist external and internal customers in an international Medical Capital Equipment environment. The role supports the EMEA region with top service levels and includes full technical training from zero.

The position follows a standard Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00 schedule and is hybrid with 3 days in the office. English and French language proficiency is essential, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level or equivalent.
• Excellent English and French (C2 level) verbal and writing skill.
• A problem-solving attitude with good communication skills.
• Flexible and representative.
• Ambition, eagerness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Providing telephone- and email support to service requests according to defined service levels, with strong technical expertise and customer service.
• Providing second line Technical Support outside the EMEA region to internal and external customers.
• Interacting with customers via telephone and e-mail to solve problems related to medical devices and systems.
• Diagnosing, identifying, and isolating customer problems using historical data to evaluate issues.
• Analyzing and formulating plans of resolution to address customer problems using available technical resources.
• Escalating unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group and alerting management on recurring problems.
• Participating in ongoing training.
