Job summary

Boston Scientific in Kerkrade, NL, is seeking a remote technical support specialist for the EMEA region. The role combines phone, email, and virtual support within a medical capital equipment environment and includes full product training from zero.

The successful candidate will join a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00), provide second-line support across hardware, software and network issues, and deliver exceptional customer service while continually expanding their

Qualifications

• English and French (C2 level) verbal and writing skills required.
• Basic technical experience and/or customer support experience is a benefit.
• Computer literate and able to work across hardware, software and network topics.
• Flexible, communicative and customer-focused with drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to service requests per defined SLAs with technical expertise and customer service.
• Provide second-line technical support outside the EMEA region to internal and external customers.
• Interact with customers via telephone and email to resolve issues related to medical devices, hardware, software and networks.
• Diagnose and isolate customer problems using historical data to prioritize issues.
• Leverage technical resources to analyze plans of resolution for customer problems.
• Escalate unresolved calls to the appropriate support specialist and alert management on recurring patterns.
• Participate in ongoing training.
