Job summary

Boston Scientific Netherlands is seeking a Solution Delivery Specialist to join the Order Automation and Process Improvement team. You will configure and optimize order processing solutions (e.g., Esker, EDI) and help drive automation targets across EMEA and local markets.

The role requires analytical thinking, SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud experience, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Fluency in German and English is required, with other languages a plus, in an international,

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize order processing solutions (e.g., Esker and EDI) to ensure accurate, efficient order entry.
Contribute to achieving EMEA and local automation targets.
Continuously drive process improvements by evaluating, piloting, and implementing new tools and ideas, promoting adoption across the organization.
Identify automation blockers at both EMEA and country level, and support initiatives to resolve them.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects with proper documentation.
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities and best practices to enhance team expertise and support automation objectives.
Support deployment and adoption of GCX solutions for internal and external customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities.
Monitor and analyze process performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
