EPAM Systems in Amsterdam seeks an Associate Director, Advisor Relations to shape and run a Europe-wide advisor relations program. You will build senior-level ties with sourcing advisory firms, generate early market intelligence and influence bids by providing strategic coaching.

You will translate advisor insights into go-to-market actions, lead executive briefings and coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing and account leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in advisor relations, business development, or related field.
• Proven success influencing complex technology-services buying cycles.
• Strong, existing relationships with senior advisors at major firms.
• Deep understanding of sourcing lifecycle: qualification, evaluation, proposals.
• Executive presence with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in global matrix organizations.
• Ability to translate capabilities into clear market narratives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute EPAM’s advisor relations strategy for Europe.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of advisor-influenced opportunities with early market intel.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior sourcing advisors.
• Serve as the advisor-relations lead through the pursuit lifecycle.
• Communicate EPAM’s value through briefings, feedback sessions, market education and third-party validations.
• Translate advisor insight into go-to-market priorities and executive decisions.
• Identify opportunities to connect advisors with EPAM clients and prospects.
• Build business cases for advisor products and services, evaluate value.
• Lead executive briefings, roundtables, hospitality programmes and other engagements.
• Define and report programme performance, including metrics.
