Qualifications

• 10+ years in advisor relations, business development, or related fields.
• Experience with sourcing advisory firms and complex technology services buying cycles.
• Established relationships with senior professionals at major sourcing advisory firms.
• Understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and opportunity qualification.
• Commercial experience including prospecting, lead qualification and executive sales conversations.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear market narratives.
• Executive presence and ability to operate in a matrixed global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EPAM’s advisor relations strategy for Europe, prioritising firms and opportunities.
• Build a sustainable pipeline by securing market intelligence and coordinating pre-pipeline actions with sales leadership.
• Establish and deepen trusted relationships with senior advisors and other influencers.
• Lead advisor-relations activities across pursuits, shaping bid narratives and responses.
• Communicate EPAM’s value proposition through briefings, market education and third-party validations.
• Translate advisor insights into go-to-market priorities and pursuit actions.
