Job summary

EPAM Advisory in the Netherlands seeks a Director to own senior client relationships, lead large engagements, and transform complex business and technology challenges into clear proposals with measurable outcomes. You will shape the Netherlands practice, connect strategy with delivery, and grow EPAM’s footprint in retail, omnichannel, AI, ERP modernization and revenue growth management.

Qualifications

10+ years in management consulting or technology advisory with focus on retail, ecommerce or consumer goods.
Experience in AI-enabled transformation in retail, incl GenAI, with clear commercial value.
Proven track record owning and growing senior client relationships at CTO/CDO/CMO/COO level.
Led large or multiple concurrent engagements from proposal through delivery.
Deep understanding of the retail value chain from product to revenue management.
Fluent Dutch and English; able to advise senior stakeholders in Dutch.

Responsibilities

Own senior client relationships.
Lead complex engagements in the Netherlands.
Oversee large or concurrent programs in omnichannel, AI and data strategy, supply chain and ERP modernization.
Ensure delivery quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
Grow the business and shape proposals for new and existing clients.
Build EPAM’s retail and consumer goods footprint in the Netherlands.
