Job summary

EPAM Advisory in the Netherlands seeks a Director to own senior banking client relationships and lead large, complex engagements across operating model, technology strategy, core banking, data and GenAI. You will shape proposals, grow the practice, and drive measurable outcomes with direct access to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting or technology advisory with focus on retail or corporate banking
• Proven ownership of senior client relationships at CTO/CIO/CDO/COO level including pipeline responsibility
• Experience leading large or multiple concurrent engagements from proposal through delivery in banking/financial services
• Deep understanding of banking value chain and how to turn strategy into business value

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and act as trusted advisor to executives in the Netherlands
• Lead complex engagements across operating model, technology strategy, core banking, data and GenAI
• Oversee large programs and ensure delivery quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction
• Grow the business and expand EPAM’s Financial Services footprint in the Dutch market
• Build and expand client teams and win new accounts
• Coach and develop future leaders within the practice
