Job summary

The director will define strategic roadmaps, measure business value, and shape commercial terms while guiding senior teams and safeguarding program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large, enterprise-scale data and AI programs.
• Ability to translate data/AI strategy into actionable plans with measurable ROI.
• Strong experience with stakeholder engagement and governance at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for large-scale data and AI programs.
• Act as senior escalation and decision-making point on program health, risk and outcomes for exec stakeholders.
• Oversee governance frameworks embedding data protection, ethical AI, and regulatory compliance.
• Review technical strategies for risk and value, without leading detailed solution design.
• Define measurable success metrics aligned with client business objectives and ROI.
• Shape commercial terms, scope and delivery models for large engagements while managing risk and margins.
• Build trusted executive relationships and represent programs in governance forums.
• Mentor delivery managers while preserving operational ownership within teams.
• Support bid strategy and shaping deals to align client needs with EPAM capabilities.
