Job summary

EY in Amsterdam is seeking a (Senior) Manager in Asset Management Business Transformation to shape the future of financial services. You will lead high-impact transformation programs for wealth and asset managers, guiding strategy, operating model design, and program execution using platforms like BlackRock Aladdin and Amundi Alto.

You will also drive business development, oversee delivery, and collaborate across teams to unlock value while maintaining a strong client focus in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in asset management or related consulting.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, business-led transformations.
• Deep asset management industry knowledge and platform experience.
• Experience with senior stakeholders (C-suite/ExCo) and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping and delivering business proposals and scoping documents.
• Drive transformative change with strategic vision and client impact.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs with budgets and timelines.
• Develop business in Dutch/European markets and build long-term partner networks.
• Mentor and coach colleagues within the Transformation team.
