Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree (WO) in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Finance, Strategic Entrepreneurship, or related field.
Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale, business-led transformations.
Deep industry expertise in asset management.

Take a leading role in shaping and delivering business proposals and scoping documents.
Drive transformative change and growth with your strategic vision.
Engagement Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex business transformation projects.
Business Development & Market Expansion: Spearhead commercial growth within Dutch/European markets by identifying data bottlenecks and building alliances.
Teaming & Talent Cultivation: Direct, coach and inspire colleagues within the Business Transformation team.
