Job summary

EY Amsterdam is seeking a Manager in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives within the Consulting Practice. You’ll guide target solutions and manage the full lifecycle of SAP-enabled change from strategy through value realization, working with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

The role demands deep SAP Asset Management expertise, leadership, and a delivery-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Strong consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and related modules.
Proven leadership and ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
Delivery-focused, structured, and analytical mindset for complex transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management workstreams across greenfield, brownfield, and carve-out programs.
Design end-to-end Asset Management solutions covering master data, maintenance, lifecycle, and integration points.
Translate business requirements into standard SAP capabilities and promote fit-to-standard.
Act as trusted advisor to clients and guide maintenance and plant managers and CIO stakeholders.
Lead workshops, blueprinting, and design authority forums; mentor consultants.
Contribute to proposals and shape solutions; collaborate across EY service lines.
Support practice growth through innovation and knowledge sharing.
