Job summary

EY Amsterdam is hiring for a Finance Transformation leader who will help CFOs and finance teams improve performance and prepare for the future. You will design operating models, governance structures and process improvements while delivering ERP/EPM and AI-enabled transformation programs.

Qualifications

Min 5 years of experience in finance transformation or equivalent advisory environment.
Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models and CFO priorities.
Proven leadership in delivering finance transformation and technology-driven programs.

Responsibilities

Advise CFOs and senior finance stakeholders on strategy, operating model design and transformation priorities.
Lead complex finance transformation projects delivering high-quality results and business value.
Design and implement future finance operating models, governance and process improvement initiatives.
Support clients in transforming key processes including FP&A, R2R, O2C and P2P.
Drive finance performance through automation, standardization and technology-enabled transformation.
