Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha) is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Amsterdam-based European team. You will support Asset and Wealth Management clients by optimizing operating models, defining target operating models, and guiding vendor selections or implementation projects.

You will collect data, test hypotheses, and present clear recommendations to clients, working closely with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics or Finance.
• Two years of consulting experience with a leading firm.
• Knowledge of investment management business and processes.
• Excellent English; Dutch would be a plus; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Develop industry understanding and contribute to implementation projects.
• Act as trusted advisor with clients, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on strategy.
• Stay informed about financial markets, trends, and regulatory changes.
