Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation in Amsterdam to shape and drive large-scale, business-led transformations within the Banking sector. You will lead proposals, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee complex projects while nurturing senior client relationships and cross‑selling capabilities across EY’s service lines.

You will influence strategic choices, embed AI-enabled operating models, and develop go-to-market strategies to expand in Dutch and European markets,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business transformation.
• Master’s degree in Strategic Management or related field.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, business-led transformations anchored in strategy and value.
• Deep banking industry expertise (retail, corporate; payments preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping and delivering business proposals and scoping documents.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects with budgets and timelines.
• Drive growth in Dutch and European markets by identifying opportunities and building alliances.
• Coach and mentor managers and consultants within the Business Transformation team.
• Shape go-to-market strategies and support entry into new markets via sharp opportunity assessments.
