Job summary

EY in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager – Finance Technologies, Data & Platforms to lead finance transformation programs and drive modern data-focused finance ecosystems. You will guide CFOs and enterprise architects through complex initiatives to modernize data models, implement EPM platforms, and design cloud-enabled reporting that serves as a single source of truth.

With 8+ years in finance transformation and deep platform knowledge, you will spearhead growth within the Dutch market,

Qualifications

At least 8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Data Engineering, or EPM/ERP platform implementation.
Deep knowledge of major EPM ecosystems or extensive data architecture for large SAP S/4HANA transformations.
Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives and ability to drive opportunities in the Dutch enterprise market.
Strong financial acumen with driver-based planning and understanding of closing cycles and consolidation.
Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills.
Strong network within the Netherlands to support business development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: lead solution architecture on finance transformation programs and define connections between financial systems and reporting layers.
Strategic CFO Advisory: advise CFOs and CIOs on technology choice, platform rationalization, and ROI of modernizing finance data infrastructure.
Engagement Delivery: oversee end-to-end delivery of platform-driven transformations with multi-disciplinary teams and budgets.
Business Development & Market Expansion: drive growth in Dutch and European markets by identifying data bottlenecks and crafting platform-led proposals.
Bridge Finance & Tech: translate information needs into architectural requirements across core finance processes, data management, and reporting.
Teaming & Talent Cultivation: coach and lead managers/consultants in EPM/ERP platforms and strategic consulting.
