Job summary

IFS IT Operations seeks an IT Support Engineer to deliver advanced multi-platform support, with a focus on macOS, deployment, patching, and security in an enterprise environment. You will act as escalation point for complex issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.

You will mentor junior staff, shape documentation, and participate in AI-driven tool rollouts to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Apple certifications strongly preferred (ACSP, ACiT) and other relevant certifications welcomed (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
Extensive macOS support experience in enterprise environments including deployment, configuration, patching, and security hardening.
Proven ability to manage Mac fleets with Jamf Pro and integrate with Apple Business Manager and Intune.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced multi-platform IT support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
Act as escalation resource for macOS and enterprise deployment issues.
Lead onboarding and rollout of AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge bases.
