Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to own People Operations for the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam. In this broad, autonomous role you will ensure HR operations, recruitment and employee processes run smoothly while partnering with the Country Manager and local Management Team.

You will lead day-to-day HR activities, ensure compliance with Dutch labor law, manage recruitment end-to-end, and contribute to workforce planning and organizational development as Teladoc Health scales in

Qualifications

• At least five years of broad HR experience with hands-on HR operations in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, records
• Be the first point of contact for employees on people-related questions
• Advise the Country Manager and local Management Team on people, organization and employment matters
• Ensure Dutch labor law compliance and audit-ready documentation
• Manage recruitment end to end for open roles; drive the process
• Build onboarding to ramp new joiners quickly and feel at home
