Medline Industries, Inc. in the Netherlands (Utrecht) is seeking an HR Advisor (m/f/d) to own HR operations for the Benelux and Nordics, serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers.

You will ensure HR processes run smoothly, in line with company policies and local laws, and support payroll, contracts, and benefits. You will also manage visas, time management, fleet administration, and onboarding, while driving continuous HR improvements in a hybrid work environment across

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience with a successful track record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Autonomous, proactive and deadline-driven in HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Own HR operations for the Benelux and Nordics region.
• First point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Handle HR administration: contracts, benefits, tax matters, visas, fleet.
• Lead absence processes with the health service provider.
• Onboard new employees locally and organize onboarding trainings.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws in Benelux and Nordics.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers and finance.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR vendors and drive improvements.
• Drive process standardization and cross-functional HR projects.
