Job summary

MiniMed seeks a hands‑on HR business partner to support leaders across the Netherlands in a dynamic, evolving environment. You will drive HR policy, employee relations, and organizational development while collaborating with global colleagues.

You will work remotely within the Netherlands with regular travel to Heerlen and partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Shared Services to deliver consistent HR services and programs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in HR, business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and practical application.
• Experience coaching managers and partnering with leaders on people topics.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees by giving practical, business‑focused HR advice.
• Partner with managers to translate business priorities into people solutions.
• Advise and coach managers on performance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support employees in partnership with HR Shared Services.
