Job summary

RECUP is hiring its first marketer in the Netherlands, leading the launch and ongoing marketing for the Netherlands and later Belgium. You will own the plan from concept to execution, reporting to the country manager, and collaborating with our German team for support.

You will balance B2B and B2C leads, build brand presence in a market newly adopting RECUP, and have freedom to craft campaigns within our brand guidelines. We offer a marketing budget and a role with real visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience including a launch in a new market.
• Creative and a self-starter who can plan and execute.
• Experience working with partners, agencies and freelancers.
• Proficient across channels: paid social, search ads, events, and offline activations.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch and Belgian market; Dutch near-native and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the marketing plan for the Netherlands and later Belgium, with leads as the first goal.
• Run paid and organic social (Meta), community and influencers.
• Manage the website, landing pages (WordPress) and search ads with the German team.
• Build awareness through out-of-home campaigns, PR and collaborations.
• Plan and run events and trade fairs to build a community.
• Support partners to increase RECUP visibility at their location with on-site activations.
