Job summary

The Selection Lab in Amsterdam is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive our growth. You will reach out to inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and hand opportunities to our Account Executives.

Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to plan campaigns, keep prospects engaged, and apply insights to outreach. We offer a fixed monthly salary, 25 days of vacation, a MacBook, and an Amsterdam office; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a recruitment-related role.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Results-oriented mindset with the drive to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and qualify prospects.
• Hand opportunities to Account Executives for closure.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan campaigns and markets.
• Maintain contact with potential customers and re-engage at the right moment.
• Research market trends and apply insights to outreach plans.
