Job summary

Payhawk, a leading fintech in Amsterdam, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive the Dutch market. You will generate new leads and build relationships, working closely with Account Executives to create opportunities and grow the pipeline.

You will be part of a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with clear progression and competitive incentives, while supporting Payhawk’s mission to simplify spend management for scaleups and enterprises.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch (minimum C1).
• Recent experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and goal-driven culture.
• Willingness to work in Amsterdam and engage with Dutch market.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using emails, calls, social selling and events.
• Collaborate with Account Executives in the Amsterdam office to target high-value opportunities.
• Leverage marketing-led campaigns to identify and follow up with prospects.
• Build a robust pipeline for the Dutch market, focusing on companies with 200+ employees.
• Generate innovative outreach ideas and analyze results to improve future strategies.
• Manage a steady pipeline to exceed monthly targets and drive growth.
