Open is hiring a Business Development Representative to open doors in the Dutch-speaking market: researching target accounts, starting conversations with support and CX leaders, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a great role for someone early in their sales career who wants to grow fast.

What You'll Do entails building target account lists, running outbound, qualifying inbound leads, and collaborating with marketing on messaging.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in Dutch.
• 1+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Organized, persistent, and comfortable with outbound outreach.
• Excellent English communication: clear writing and confident speaking.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Build target account lists and research prospects in your market.
• Run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn to start conversations with support and CX leaders.
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Keep the CRM clean and report on what is working.
• Work with marketing and sales on messaging and campaigns.
