Culturelive in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Coach to help client teams perform better across the B2B sales cycle. You will coach reps and managers, run workshops, and embed repeatable prospecting routines.

You will work with Dutch-speaking clients and collaborate with a French-speaking team, supporting the Benelux expansion. The role is freelance and part-time by design, with growth potential as the program scales.

Qualificações

• Proven track record coaching B2B sales teams in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Ability to coach across prospecting, discovery, negotiation and closing.
• Strong client focus with high standards and human-centric approach.

Responsabilidades

• Coach sales reps and managers across the full B2B sales cycle.
• Lead performance rituals: pipeline reviews, call sessions, workshops.
• Support managers through change: posture, feedback, KPI tracking.
• Structure and maintain sales playbooks, messaging and sequences.
• Deliver regular adoption and performance reporting to clients.
