CoolPeople Technology is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to own the Dutch market entry and build a client portfolio in the Netherlands. You will drive relationships, manage the end-to-end sales process, and contribute to our expansion strategy from Amsterdam.

The role requires 3+ years’ B2B sales or business development experience, strong Dutch and English communication, and the ability to work independently with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Based in Amsterdam or surrounding area and able to work on-site.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities in the Dutch market.
• Build your own B2B client portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage the sales process from outreach to negotiation and closing.
