Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment represents an IT scale-up based in Amsterdam seeking a Business Development Representative. You will prospect, qualify, and demo solutions to Dutch companies, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to handoff to Customer Success.

The role emphasizes outbound activity, CRM discipline, and collaboration with marketing. Office-based in central Amsterdam with a 7-month contract and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• 0–2 years of experience in a BDR or sales role.
• Motivation for a career in sales.
• Resilient with outbound-heavy pace and activity expectations.
• Strong organisation: maintain pipeline and CRM records.
• Willingness to learn through a comprehensive training program.
• Exposure to SaaS/CPaaS or B2B tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and outreach to Dutch companies via phone, email, LinkedIn and in person.
• Qualify opportunities and move conversations forward in the pipeline.
• Lead product demonstrations and handle basic contract/price discussions.
• Handoff new customers to Customer Success with full context.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline movement.
• Share market feedback with Country Manager and marketing.
