Job summary

Recruit4.work is seeking an Inside Sales Representative B2B to schedule appointments for our field service/account managers and engage prospects in substantive conversations. You will work with a product-minded team to drive growth from the Netherlands, with a focus on Utrecht or Apeldoorn.

The role offers training and coaching in communication and analytics, autonomy in projects, and an attractive commission scheme in addition to base salary. Flexible employment options from 22.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Good command of Dutch (spoken and written). English is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with commercial persuasiveness and analytical mindset.
• Hands-on mentality with strong customer service skills.
• Stress-resistant and highly motivated.
• Ability to work independently with excellent social and communication skills.
