Job summary

Moxy Crew at Hotelprofessionals in the Netherlands offers a dynamic hospitality role across guest service, F&B and front desk. You work mornings and evenings, with flexibility to suit you and the team, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

As the hosts of the hotel, you are the vibe creators, handling check-ins/outs, payments, and guest requests while maintaining cleanliness and HACCP standards. English required; Opera/Micros knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera and Micros is an advantage.
• Available for morning and evening shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experiences across front desk, F&B and guest services.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Process payments and resolve disputes.
• Provide information about the hotel and local hotspots.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages; maintain HACCP standards.

As an All-round Moxy Crew Member, no two days are the same. This dynamic role combines different areas of the hotel, giving you the opportunity to be involved in everything from guest service to F&B. You will work a mix of morning and evening shifts, with flexibility based on your preferences and operational needs.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Deliver outstanding and memorable guest experiences together with your team
• Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Process payments, including resolving late or disputed charges
• Respond to guest calls, messages, requests, and questions
• Provide information about the hotel and local hotspots
• Prepare and serve food & beverages, making recommendations when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following HACCP standards
• Support with breakfast preparation and service
