Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Moxy Schiphol Hotel in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a part-time Night Crew member to host reception, lounge, bar, and night-audit tasks. You will deliver guest experiences, handle check-ins, payments, inquiries, and breakfast/late shifts, while maintaining HACCP standards and a playful hospitality attitude.

The role welcomes energetic, team-oriented individuals who speak English (Dutch a plus) and are available weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with English language required.
• Night audit experience is a plus.
• Opera and Micros knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Be part of our TEAM! The Moxy Crew Night is a position with a wide range of working environments. You will earn a competitive salary compared to a regular Crew Member/ Front Office agent. You are the host in the reception + lounge area, the up & cross selling specialist, pizza making chef, bartender & the night specialist. You are the welcoming force in the hotel, theFUN HUNTERin WOW-ing our guests,YOUNG AT HEARTsuggesting guests what to do and you arePLAYFUL.

Your shift will consist of:

• Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
• Process all guest check-ins & check-outs.
• Process payments including resolving and any late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Serving & preparing beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate.
• Keeping your work area clean and organized, be aware of the food & safety program (HACCP)
• Running the night audit and prepare reservations for the next day.
• Help with preparing and serving breakfast.
