Job summary

IHCP zoekt een Front Office Crew Member voor Moxy & Residence Inn The Hague, een dual-brand hotel in Muzentoren. Als host ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en draag je bij aan een warme, wauw-ervaring voor gasten.

Vereisten: minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke rol, uitstekende Engelse communicatie en een proactieve, gastgerichte houding. Fulltime dienstverband in een internationaal team, met afwisselende ochtend/avond/nacht shifts.

Qualifications

• Engels spreken; Dutch is een plus
• 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
• Gastgerichte en oplossingsgerichte houding

Responsibilities

• Verwelkomen en bedienen van gasten volgens merkstandaarden
• Inchecken en uitchecken van gasten en reserveringen beheren
• Gasten adviseren en lokale aanbevelingen geven
• Rekening houden met betalingen en keuken/restaurant-ondersteuning waar nodig
• Front office apparatuur beheren en schoon/orde houden
• Team ondersteunen voor een positieve werksfeer
• Shiften ochtend/avond/nacht coördineren

Dual-branded. Double the experience. IHCP is looking for a Front Office Crew Member to join our Moxy & Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in the iconic Muzentoren, right in the heart of The Hague.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Front Office Crew Member, you are the host, the problem solver and the first impression our guests will remember. You are the welcoming force in the hotel, the FUN HUNTER, young at heart, playful and always ready to WOW.

In this role, you will:

• Work together with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and activating key cards
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to brand standards
• Anticipate guest needs and show genuine appreciation
• Process payments (room charges, cash, debit and credit cards)
• Handle check-outs, including late and disputed charges
• Answer and process guest calls, messages, requests and concerns
• Provide directions and local recommendations
• Serve food & beverages when needed and make recommendations
• Keep your work area clean, organized and HACCP-compliant
• Take care of front office equipment
• Support and guide the team to ensure a positive working environment
• Share your knowledge and local discoveries with guests
• Morning / Evening / Night shifts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You:

• Are excited to work in a new, large-scale hotel in The Hague
• Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
• Are a self-starter with a passion for hospitality
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Are guest-focused, energetic and solution-oriented
• Are looking for a full-time role
• Can provide two professional references
