Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Key Account Manager for a globally leading logistics organisation in the Netherlands. You will manage and grow key air freight customers, align with Operations, Procurement, Pricing and Carrier teams, and drive growth and profitability.

Ideal candidates have air freight or logistics experience, strong account management skills, and fluent Dutch and English. A dynamic, customer-focused role offers clear progression into more senior KAM positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics.
• Previous customer/account management experience.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Dutch native/fluent and strong English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key air freight customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase volumes and profitability.
• Coordinate capacity requirements with procurement and carriers.
• Proactively manage shipments, issues and customer escalations.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer requirements.
• Support new customer implementations and process improvements.
