Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise's AI Networking team in Amsterdam is seeking an AI Networking Channel Lead to accelerate growth across Campus & Branch through the channel ecosystem. The role combines commercial and technical acumen with partner engagement.

You will work with PAMs, PSEs, and regional teams to design regional growth initiatives, enable partners, and drive adoption of AI-native networking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Networking/CS Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in enterprise networking or related fields
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking incl. campus switching, wireless networking, managed services and cloud-managed solutions
• Experience driving partner initiatives and influencing business outcomes across complex organizations
• Experience developing and executing partner growth strategies with measurable pipeline and revenue impact
• Ability to engage with technical, sales, and executive stakeholders across partner and customer orgs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth initiatives for Campus & Branch channel
• Drive AI networking adoption and modernization through the channel
• Identify and support competitive displacement and migration opportunities
• Collaborate with PAMs, PSEs, Networking Specialists and business units
• Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to shape regional strategies
• Develop partner competency and enablement across the portfolio
