Job summary

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Dutch Branch seeks an experienced Specialist Solutions Architect with a focus on AI/ML/GenAI to help customers design scalable cloud architectures. You will work with enterprise clients to guide refactoring and craft production-ready solutions across AWS services in Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer relationship management at the executive level (C-suite).
• 7+ years design/implementation/consulting of distributed applications.
• 5+ years managing technical, customer-facing resources.
• 5+ years design/implementation of production AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic systems incl. LLMs, RAG, and distributed inference.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer feedback and advocate for roadmap enhancements.
• Design scalable, flexible cloud architectures addressing customer challenges.
• Guide customers in refactoring or designing new cloud-based systems.
• Create content such as whitepapers, blogs, and workshops for customers and partners.
