Job summary

NiCE Cognigy delivers AI that works for enterprise-scale customer experience, with a frontline manager role overseeing a Sales Engineering team across Benelux, France, and Nordics. You will personally engage in strategic deal support while scaling market penetration and building thought leadership.

You will guide demos, RFP responses, and events, coaching 5–6 engineers and collaborating with regional sales and customer success to expand ROI and adoption in these regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software with team leadership or management responsibilities.
• Ability to coach individuals and build high-performing teams with tech acumen.
• Deep understanding of Conversational AI technologies (GenAI, LLMs, STT, TTS).
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts such as RAG, MCP and A2A communication.
• Willingness to stay current and share knowledge in a fast-changing field.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 5–6 person Sales Engineering team across Benelux, France and Nordics.
• Own market penetration, lead generation, and thought leadership for regions.
• Drive presales activities including demos, RFP responses, and events.
• Coach and develop team, manage priorities, and liaise with regional sales and success groups.
• Stay aligned with competitive landscape and train the team regularly.
